Next day delivery £6.95 (order before 1pm).

Next day orders are delivered the following working day.

Carriers

Most parcels are shipped via Evri.
Larger items are shipped with DPD.
Small letter items are shipped via Royal Mail.

Personalised Orders

We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 1 working day.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on all orders, provided they are requested within 28 days of receipt, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalised items.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges only in cases where items are faulty, incorrect, or missing from your order.

For all other situations, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like a replacement, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

If returned items show signs of use, are damaged after delivery, or are not in their original packaging, we will be unable to process your request.
